	Registration will be held: Sat Feb 13th from 10am to 1pm Other registrations will still be accepted. Any registration received after the 13th will be assessed a late fee.

Jackson To Participate in 50/70 Pilot Program

The Board of Directors voted to participate in Little league's Pilot 50/70 program for the 2010 season. The pilot program would be open to children with a league age of 12 or 13. Depending on the response to this program, we may play an inter-league schedule against other District 18 teams.   Participation the 50/70 program does not prevent your child from playing in the Majors or Juniors division; this is an additional opportunity. We anticipate that the pilot program will be a limited schedule of somewhere around 10 games and will cost $75 per player.

Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. Certification
	The Rutgers S.A.F.E.T.Y. class will be held on Wednesday February 17th from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Knights of Columbus located on Bartley Road.

Player Evaluations Sat Feb 20th @ Liberty HS
	Player evaluations will be held on Saturday February 20th at Jackson Liberty High School.   Age Group Report Time All 12's 9:00 am All 11's 10:30 am 10's Trying out for Majors 12:00 pm 10's Playing in the Minors 1:00 pm All 9's 2:00 pm

Umpiring Clinic

Anyone interested (ages 13 and older)  in umpiring this season, who does not have D18 Certification, must attend the District 18 certification course offered at Manchester High School. Date Times Location Feb 21 3pm - 6pm Manchester HS (Note Time Change) Feb 28 3pm - 5pm Manchester HS (Cancelled) Mar 7 3pm - 6pm Manchester HS Mar 14 3pm - 6pm Manchester HS Mar 21 3pm - 6pm Manchester HS Mar 28 3pm - 6pm Manchester Little League   The fee is $20 and is payable in cash or check (made out to "District 18")   If interested, please contact Jim Gehrsitz with all of your personal in formation.

General Meetings

The league has a General Membership meeting the second Tuesday of every month at 8:00 PM at the Jackson Fire House. This meeting is an opportunity to hear the state of the league as well as an opportunity to voice any issues directly to the league.
